San Francisco is known for many things, but most of all, it’s known for its ability to reinvent itself over and over again. In the 1960s, you couldn’t think of San Francisco without thinking of hippies. In the 1990s, it was at the heart of the dot-com boom, and in the early 2000s, it became synonymous with the dot-com bust. Now, with young technology professionals finding their homes in San Francisco, it’s reinventing itself once again. At the same time, it has maintained much of the old-school charm that people love about San Francisco.
San Francisco might have a lot of personalities, but each of those has a home in its own neighborhood. That makes each neighborhood a standout in this city.
